It had been seven hours since Marianne, Alessandra, and Theon had arrived at Oakhaven and met with Nero to assist him with his deal with Abraham, which was happening tonight.

They had chosen to stay at a motel that was only five miles away from where Abraham lived. At the moment, Nero had taken his cousin Johnny to a strip club with Theon.

Marianne and Alessandra were currently sitting on chair lounges by the pool. There was a man restocking the pool towels, and Alessandra could not keep her eyes off him.

“Tell me you don’t want to have fun with him.” Alessandra said as she read the man’s name tag that read Alex.

The question made Marianne smile deviously. “Is it his blood that you are craving, or something else?”

“Both.” Alessandra took off her sunglasses to have a better look. “I’ve been training my ass off for so long for a mission like this, that I haven’t had time to give myself a treat. It’s all been blood bags. I miss the adrenaline I get from feeding on someone.”

“Well, we still have a few hours before we head over to Abraham’s.” Marianne said.

“Then I’m going for it.” Alessandra answered back as she got up from her chair and walked towards the pool attendant.

Alex was nineteen years old, yet he looked older than he actually was. He had just finished high school and this was his first employment. Every day he saw beautiful people, but dismissed them as he had a job to focus on. But he had been lusting at the vampires ever since he saw them.

He noticed that Alessandra was walking towards him, “Hello, may I help you?” His voice was kind as he smiled at her.

“Hey,” she gave him a playful smile and made him blush, “my friend over there,” she turned and looked at Marianne who was waving at them in a flirtatious manner, “she dared me to asked if you wanted to join us.”

  “Join you?”

“Yeah. Come back with us to our room and let’s have fun. I don’t see you wearing a ring, and no one has to find out.” She grinned.

“Sh- shit. Just like that?” He looked around, worried. Would I get fired for this?

Marianne changed her facial expressions in order for her to get a sentimental answer from him. “It took a lot for me to approach and ask you. I thought because you have been looking at us every now and then since we got here, that you’d be down for it.”

“I want to. But I’m working right now. I don’t want to get- “

“Come on, Alex. That’s your name right? Just for a little bit, please. Just tell them that you're going on a break. They do let you take breaks right?”

How and why the hell would I say no to this? After a short pause, Alex took a deep breath and then smiled. “Okay, you’re right. Let me tell my boss that I’m going on a break, and then I can meet you in your room? Where are you staying at?”

  “Two-thirty-seven.”

  “Two-thirty-seven, got it.”

“I’ll be waiting,” she teased as she turned around and left him there as he stared at her ass.

Marianne got up. “I heard everything. Can’t wait.”

The vampires were inside their motel room. “How are we going to do this one?” Marianne asked her.

“I want to feed off him. I don’t care if I bleed him dry. I don’t think your boyfriend is coming back soon. And he is in a strip club with Nero and Johnny. You deserve to have fun with me as well.”

“I will.” Marianne was jealous that Theon had gone to the strip club, and she wanted to get back at him with this. Moments later, Alex knocked on their door.

  “It's open. Come in.”

Alex walked in and analyzed the room. Marianne was laying on the bed, wearing only her black bikini.

  “Hey. Where's your friend?”

“Alessandra is in the bathroom. She wanted to get the bleach off her body. We don’t have to wait for her, do we?”

Marianne slid off the bikini strap from her shoulders as Alex came closer to her, got on the bed, and began to give her neck gentle kisses.

He slid his hand and began to massage her lower lips with his fingers. She moaned with pleasure as Alex kissed and suck on her neck.

Alessandra had entered the room and joined them on the bed. As Marianne got on top of him, Alessandra began kissing his neck gently and giving him small bites on his neck and broad shoulders.

“You've ever been dominated before?” Marianne asked as she put her hands on his wrist and locked them down against the bed.

“No...but go ahead.” He groaned. He was smiling as Alessandra bit his neck a little harder. “Damn. That feels good, but not too hard.” He smiled.

Marianne leaned down and as she was kissing his lips, she bit his bottom one hard. He yelled in pain and then Marianne covered his mouth to muffle his screaming. She then aggressively tilted his neck to the side and then Alessandra pierced her fangs on his neck and bit him as hard as she could.

Blood poured down his neck, shoulders, and chest. He yelled for a moment before Marianne slid her hand under the pillow and grabbed a knife.

With the blade, Marianne slit the thyroid cartilage part of his neck. Blood poured everywhere and she licked it as it was coming out of his body.

Alessandra kept biting and sucking his neck, while Marianne got off him and slit Alex’s wrists so that he could bleed out. As the blood exited his body, she would catch and drink it off with her tongue. Alex passed out from the pain, and his body was shutting down from the blood loss.

They continued to drained him for awhile, and when they were satisfied, they agreed to stop.

Blood was all over their mouth, dripping from their lips to their neck and breasts.

Alessandra kissed and licked the blood off of Marianne’s neck and then gave her a light kiss on her smiling lips.

Marianne kissed her back with passion. Then, she moved back a little bit and looked at Alessandra in her eyes. “You told me that you wanted to take a break from us.”

She smiled, then said, “One last time. I promise.”

Marianne looked at her as Alessandra finished lowering her bikini top and then leaned forward to kiss her neck and shoulders. “You’re lying.” She whispered as she enjoyed the chills that Alessandra’s kisses were sending all over her body.

  “I know.”

Marianne grinned and then pushed Alessandra so that she would lay down on the bed. Then, she moved Alex’s dead until it rolled off the bed.

Alessandra kept her gaze on Marianne; the woman she loved, as she got on top of her and kissed her lips tenderly. She wrapped her legs around Marianne’s waist and held her as close to her as possible.

Marianne removed Alessandra’s top and then kissed her breasts passionately.

“We have a few hours before Nero and Theon come back” Alessandra said after moaning lightly and caressing Marianne’s shoulders.

“No. We are going to keep doing this even after we leave this town.”

  ●●●

Nero had driven his car with Alessandria and Marianne. He had asked Theon to look after Johnathan while he finished the transaction with Abraham. Nero knocked on the front door of the house.

They were greeted by Abraham, who was very eager to see them. “Nero, after everything that you have done for us by saving our boy, it’s so good to see you.” They then greeted each other with a bear hug. “I will always be indebted to you.”

Kayla has been the vampire that had turned almost everyone that worked under her. Only on special occasions, such as a means to save somebody or for a lucrative offer such as this one, were other vampires allowed to turn humans, and only if Kayla approved. That way, her followers remained loyal and sired to her.

The woman who were with Nero at the moment found it odd that Nero did not direct the credit to Kayla instead. They glanced at each other for a quick second but remained quiet about it.

“It is my pleasure. I could not live with myself knowing that I could have saved your little one.” Nero lied
as his moral compass had been broken for a few years now. “Is your lovely wife ready?”

“Oh, yes. You know, she was hesitant at first, but then I explained to her about staying the way we look now, forever, and she was sold on the idea.”

“Lovely. And speaking of, these are Alessandra and Marianne. Also vampires. I figured that you two would rather drink blood from a woman than another man.”

“That is very considerate of you, and I am sure that she will appreciate it. Let me go get her.”

All the vampires smiled at Abraham in a courteous manner until he was out of sight. Nero then turned his attention to the ladies and said, “He is paying me more than I told Kayla.”

“You know that that can get us all killed. If she found out- “

“Screw her. We are just going to do whatever she asks us to until we die? She likes to reap all the rewards and credit. I am done with that. We gotta think for ourselves. For our future.”

“What does Kayla know?” Marianne asked.

“She knows that I am turning two people and that Abraham is paying two million for it.”

“It’s not really that amount, is it?”

“Nope. Like I said, we gotta think for ourselves.”

“How much is the hush money for us?

“One million each.” He was going to give Kayla two million, and stay with three million for himself. Before they could speak much further about it, Abraham returned with his wife Julie.

After the couple drank blood from the women, they began to feel the side effects of the vampirism entering their body: dizziness, fatigue, and high sensitivity to lights and sounds.

Nero helped them relax by feeding them both vials of human blood that he had brought with him. Soon after that, their hunger left them for the time being.

“How will we survive without bringing any attention to ourselves?” Julie asked as she tried to regain full control of her body.

Nero grinned. “There are many ways that you can feed. Some vampires chose to drink blood from animals in the forest that no one would miss or be aware of.

Others hijack or buy blood bags from underground markets, and I have a contact which I can give you that may help with that.

But if you two are heading the old fashion route and just want to kill people, then you are going to have to be discreet about it.”

“Otherwise,” Marianne added, “huntsmen will come looking for you.”

  “Huntsmen?”

After Nero finished the transactions with Abraham and left him with a large quantity of blood bags, he left with Marianne and Alessandra and headed back to the motel.

On his way back, he texted Theon and let him know that he could start turning his cousin into a vampire.

When they arrived at the motel, the women left the car and walked to their room while Theon and Johnathan joined Nero. They then took off with Nero driving, his nephew next to him on the passenger seat, and Theon in the backseat.

“I feel great. But I can’t stop thinking about how good the blood tastes.” The newborn vampire said.

Nero looked at the rearview mirror and kept his gaze on his nephew. Then, he said, “I’m going to make you rich,” Nero placed his hand on his cousin’s shoulder, “Beyond what you could think of. I want to bring you in, introduce you to Kayla. I promise you, you will be set for life. You just have to do whatever it takes.”

“Anything that we ask of you. You can’t hold back. Kayla does not tolerate weakness.” Theon added.

Moments passed, and now they were parked at a gas station, as they wanted to buy beer, food, and anything else that they would need for the ride back to Kayla’s. “How do you feel?” Nero asked.

“I’ve never felt this good. Thank you for this.” He squeezed and pressed his blood bag in an upward direction in order for him to drink the last of the blood. He took a satisfying breath, and then glanced outside the window. He was suddenly filled with rage.

Nero quickly noticed and asked, “Hey, what’s wrong?”

  “That woman out there.”

Nero looked at a woman who was entering the gas station and was now talking to the cashier. He assumed that she was telling him how much gasoline she wanted to put in her car. “She’s a babe.”

“Yeah, well, she was my parole officer. Never gave me a break. Cause of her, I got sent back to prison for a few months. Lost the only job that was willing to hire me, and my girlfriend left me.”

Nero and Theon looked at each other thru the rear-view mirror but said nothing. Johnathan then spoke up again and said, “Hey, don’t I have to prove my loyalty to you and Kayla?”

Nero chuckled. “You’re blood. I am vouching for you. You don’t have prove anything.”

Johnathan did not like hearing that. “No. I want to earn it. Let me kill that cop, tonight. Tomorrow we leave, right? I’ll kill her, head back to the hotel, and then we leave tomorrow morning.”

  Theon said, “Is that smart?”

Nero shrugged. “We are going to own this town soon. We can use this as a fear tactic. It will help show the cops that even they aren’t untouchable against Kayla and her people.”

The next morning, Klayton took Lillian to a few stores and bought her every necessary items that she may need. Afterwards, Klayton drove his Dodge Challenger towards Oakhaven while Lillian relaxed and closed her eyes.

Klayton stay focused as he drove, but he could not stop thinking about everything that had happened to him in the last five days. His thoughts were overwhelming him. Everything is falling apart, and we are not so innocent anymore.

Lillian woke up half an hour later and she stretched her body. “How much farther?”

He was happy that she was up. “Hey, you. We are actually here.” He entered the intersection and parked in front of a sign that said Check-In.

“We are going to check into a motel? What about Amber?”

“I’m gonna get us situated in a motel room. Don’t worry; I sneaked some blood bags in one of the suitcases. Once we have our room and you are settled, I will head over to Amber’s house.” He looked out the window. “Come on.”

Once they checked in, Klayton and Lillian walked up the stairs and then headed to their room, which was a suite. Once they entered, Lillian looked back at Klayton. “Damn. Did you really have to get this room?”

“What’s wrong? Is it too much?”

“No, it’s perfect. I’m just not used to this. I love it.” She kissed his cheek. “Thanks for taking care of me.”

“I’m going to place the blood bags in the mini fridge and then I’m leaving.”

He looked down at his smart phone, and Lillian could tell that he was bothered by something. “Hey, what’s wrong?”

“I keep calling her but she won’t answer.”

  “She’s going to be okay.”

He decided to pretend not to worry. “Yeah, you’re right. Hey, you can order anything with Uber Eat you know? Just watch whatever you want on the TV in the meantime while I come back.”

She smiled and said, “I’m going to go take a shower, make sure the door is locked when you leave, please?”

Klayton nodded and smiled at her. “Okay.”

After Klayton placed the blood bags in the mini fridge and put on a coat so that he could hide his gun and machete, he left the room and placed a Do Not Disturb sign on the outside doorknob. When he turned around, he paused to take a look at the sky as the sun was leaving. Then, he glanced at his smartphone. Seven o’clock already. Damn.

While he was driving his car, he called his brother to see what he was doing. “Hey, Dan.”

“The guy I met had good intel. We just raided a nest that was running an operation. We killed all the vampires.”

  “And the people? Any survivors?”

“They didn’t make it,” he lied, “What about you?”

“I left Lillian at a motel and I’m headed to Amber, since she won’t answer.”

  Ther
e was a pause.

  “What?”

“Nothing, it’s just- Well, are you sure that you know what you are doing Klay? You got a newborn vampire girl in a motel, and you are going to visit your ex. There’s vampires in that town, and you are by yourself.”

“I got this. I’m almost at her house now. I’ll call you later, okay?”

  “Alright. Do you need backup?”

“I’m good. Where are you going now?”

“Safe House. The cabin house one.”

“Okay, we will head over there once this is all over.”

Klayton parked a block away from Amber’s house. It had been two years since he last saw her, and he wondered how she was now.

He noticed that there were two cars in the driveway. Probably a friend?

He was about to knock on the door when he overheard two people inside the house. He recognized Amber’s voice which was the one who was yelling, “Get the hell away from me!”

  Another said, “Stay still!”

Klayton knocked down the door with his shoulder and ran upstairs. He opened the door to the room where the voices were coming from, and he saw a man on top of Amber, pinning her down and trying to bite her neck as she attempted to fight him back.

The man turned to Klayton, with his crimson eyes staring at him and growled. “Great.”

“Klayton?” A surprised Amber yelled out, “Klay, help me, he’s not human.”

“Shut up already!” The vampire raised his hand to hit Amber, but before he could, Klayton grabbed his arm and punched him. He then pulled him out of the bed, dragging him across the room, and then threw him down the flight of stairs.

He took out his machete and then looked at Amber, “Stay there and do not call for help. We gotta handle this on our own, trust me, okay?”

Amber nodded and when Klayton began to walk downstairs, she grabbed her shotgun that she had kept under the bed. As Klayton came close to the vampire, it swept its legs against Klayton and tripped him. The vampire then grabbed the machete that Klayton dropped when he felt down.
